Janay Hall runs NC#3 in the 800 after a 5:09 1600 at 4A East!
We haven't seen Janay Hall (South View) in a ton of big races in North Carolina this season, as her biggest meet was Arcadia in California where she ran 2:17.03. Hall set two new PRs this weekend at 4A East and proved she's certainly ready for what could be her second and third individual titles this weekend. Hall ran 5:09 and 2:16.14 which is good for NC#3. Could Janay Hall have a similar state championship to older brother Philip who took the 1600 & 3200 titles in 2015?
