Girls 4x100 Shuttle Hurdle Relay
Through the first three legs it was Dudley and Mallard Creek battling back in forth. Dudley looked to have a slight lead through each leg. Over the third leg Dudley earned a big lead and it looked like a lot for Mallard Creek or Page to make up and they finished the leg side by side in 2nd and 3rd. But Akira Rhodes showed that no lead is safe and made the gap up very quickly and continued to increase her lead over each hurdle. Page had a strong anchor leg as well and were able to run down Dudley who fell to 3rd. Mallard Creek clocked a 1:04.78! These three teams make up the top three marks in NC currently.
