NC MileSplit Ratings: Top Returning Boys & Girls Long Sprinters, Including Middle Schoolers

About the ratings: We rated the top returning athletes in the state based on top 5000 marks in the country in 2016.  A score of 100 represents the top time in the nation last year.  Please note, all times are included in the ratings regardless of wind or FAT status.  The ratings are strictly based off of 2016 times and do not reflect North Carolina MileSplit's personal ranking of the athletes.


Kayla Davis is currently a 7th grader at Southwest Middle School in Charlotte and runs club for Run U Express.  Her times in this ranking are from 6th grade as she ran 23.83 in the 200 and 53.64 in the 400.  She recently ran 24.33 and 54.92 at the USATF Hershey Youth Indoor Track and Field Championships, winning both events!
