Giant Indoor Season Preview, Part 3: Top Relay Teams

Overhills Boys, 4x400

Graduation absolutely hammered the top 4 teams in the boys 4x400 rankings from the 2014 indoor season.  Knightdale?  Lost all 4 runners.  Southeast Raleigh?  3 out of 4 are gone.  South View?  Northeast Guilford?  Wakefield?  Also said goodbye to 3 out of 4.  So that leaves Overhills as the likely top returning team, unless one of those other powerhouse programs can develop some new talent in a hurry.  Overhills clocked 3:27.92 to finish 5th in the 4A indoor meet, and the Jaguars return all 4 runners from that meet.  Also, as with the 4x200, watch out for some up-and-coming talent on the New Bern team.
