Ran for R.J. Reynolds from 2001-2005, then was given a chance to help coach the distance runners on the track team in 2006. I got bitten by the coaching bug, and coached a couple more seasons of track before switching over to soccer. I still try to help out with cross country and track meets when my schedule allows me to.
