Proud parent of two outstanding children. Not a runner, never was, but still enjoy a good run. Have coached from the instructional level to having a nationally ranked (Top 10) high school team. Many different sports but always with a focus on fun, education and improvement. Done with coaching, enjoying watching from the stands. My children love distance, so it is my passion now.
