WHEN: April 25, 2009
WHERE: East Forsyth High School, Kernersville, NC
Our Goals: 1.To provide a meet with a high
level of competition that enables
athletes to (A) qualify for the
regional meet or (B) improve
their seeding at the regional
meet.
2.To simulate the atmosphere that
athletes will face at the
Regional Meet in order to prepare
them for post-season competition.
Facilities: We have a six-lane all weather
track, with facilities for all
field events including newly
renovated shot put, discus, and
pole vault areas. We will be
using Fully Automatic Timing for
this meet.
Eligibility:This meet is open to North
Carolina High School Teams and
Individuals representing their
High School. No Club Teams.
Entries: Entries will be done online using
www.directathletics.com .
Entries are now open
and will close on April 12, 2009.
Entry Limits:Each team may enter three
athletes per event and 1 relay.
Entry Fees: The cost will be $75.00 per team
(boys and girls considered
separate teams) or $10.00 per
individual up to 7 individuals.
Checks should be made payable to East Forsyth High School and be mailed to:

Awards: Medals will be given to the top 3
male and female finishers in each
event. Team trophies will be
awarded to the top 3 teams.
Additional Information:
A 5k Fun Run will be available to those
athletes not competing in the meet at a cost of
$10.00 per entry. Adults and others wishing to run can enter for $20.00. The Fun Run for High School athletes will take place on the East Forsyth cross country course at 9:00 AM, a community 5k will take place at 8:00 AM. Awards will be given in various age groups.
