WNC Post-Season 3200 - Hoka One One Local Event 2017

Meet Information

This race is a 3200-meter track event, designed to help WNC athletes tune-up for post-season cross country races and get personal bests and state qualifying marks to start out the indoor season.The WNC Post-Season 3200 is a registered local event in Asheville for the Hoka One One Postal Nationals. Coaches who sign up 5 members of their team to participate in the 3200 and register them on the Hoka One One Postal Nationals site will receive a free pair of Hoka One One shoes. The race will take place at the end of an NCHSAA sanctioned polar bear meet. NCHSAA athletes who are eligible members of indoor track teams can compete under their school names, and marks will be included in the track meet results and count towards state indoor qualifying. Out-of-state runners, private or home-school runners, or athletes not participating on their school's indoor track team will be entered as unattached.

The Hoka Postal Nationals is not a sanctioned high school competition, and any school with five runners completing a 3200 in the same event, whether official or unattached, may submit their results to the Hoka website.

Registration is $5 per athlete, or $25 for an unlimited number of runners from the same team (males and females separate.) Payable at the race. Proceeds will be used to support awards for the inaugural unofficial WMAC Polar Bear Championships.- registration through Milesplit.
