Meet Information
Mile race open to individuals of all ages. Great opportunity for end-of-season mile PR race, fun track event for road and trail runners, or just a fun community run for runners of any level.
UPDATE: The event will include a separate, judged 1-mile race walk section!
Races will start at 6:30pm. Will be separated into sections to insure good competition for all. Likely races will be fast section (top open & school-aged runners), high school, middle school / youth, race walk, and "fun run."
Registration $5 for students 18 & under, $10 for adults. Pay at the race. All proceeds to support middle school cross country & track.
Preferred registration is online through Milesplit, but in-person race day registration will be accpeted.
School-aged runners will be listed as "unattached" in results unless they compete for a club. If necessary high school runners can be entered by their coach, and the affiliation will be changed by meet management.
SAMPLE SCHEDULE
6:30 - community walk/jog
7:00 - race walk
7:15 - youth/MS mile (possibly multiple sections)
7:30 - HS/adult mile races - fastest section last
