NOTE: Due to a number of circumstances, this meet must be canceled. I apologize for the short notice, but the meet organizer had something come up on short notice and we are not able to hold this meet. I apologize for the inconvenience.
MEET CANCELLED
Come run under the lights with the Pride this November! Will be a 2-mile only event on the Leesville home track and the only such meet available in the Triangle area. We envision this meet as a fun, competitive tune-up for the cross country post-season as well as a great start-up for the indoor season.
Start time is 6:00pm and will roll on throughout the evening depending on the numbers of heats. There will be a maximum of 15-20/heat and we aim to have all heats completed by 9:30pm. Heats will run slowest to fastest.
Entry fees (due day of the meet): $50 per school and will include a race t-shirt for the first 150 entries. Entries per school will be unlimited (both genders). Both boys and girls heats will be seeded based on time. When possible, please seed runners based on most recent performance.
Individuals/unattached athletes are also free to participate. Cost per individual is $10.
All checks should be written to Leesville Athletics
Entries will close Monday, November 14.
There will be music, concessions, and awards. A team Varsity and JV champion (based on cross country scoring) as well as the top 10 overall finishers for both genders/divisions will all receive awards.
