Thu. 9/4 6:00 pm: Girls Middle School Race (unlimited) 2.0 miles
6:30 pm: Boys Middle School Race (unlimited) 2.0 miles
7:15 pm: Awards Bleachers

Sat. 9/6 8:20 am: Boys Varsity Race (7 runners) 5 K
9:00 am: Girls Varsity Race (7 runners) 5 K
9:40 am: Boys JV Race (unlimited) 5 K
10:20 am: Girls JV Race (unlimited) 5 K
11:00 am: Awards Bleachers

Due to the recent growth of the meet, we may have to limit the number of schools accepted to run, so please respond early with an intent to participate to Head Coach Russ Campbell at rcampbell@cannonschool.org.

Entry Fees:
MS Boys = $40.00 MS Girls = $40.00
*Maximum entry fee for MS teams is $80.00

Boys Varsity/JV Team = $50.00 Girls Varisty/JV Team = $50.00
*Maximum entry fee per school is $100.00

Unattached/Individual runners = $7.00

Awards:
Varsity Races: Top three (3) teams will receive trophies
Top 15 individuals will receive medals

JV Races: Top two (2) teams will receive trophies
Top 10 Individuals will receive medals
Middle School races: Top two (2) Teams will receive trophies
Top 10 individuals will receive medals

*We will have a concessions stand open throughout the meet. All proceeds will benefit the Cannon School Cougar Club Fund.

*The course has a good mixture of open field and trail running, with some asphalt sections, and a couple of good hills. There will be a change to the course, which has added more wooded trail running during the second mile.
