For those interested in next week's meet at JDL Fast Track, I have increased the field sizes of the 55m and 55m Hurdles to 64 athletes, the 300, 500, 1000 to 60 athletes and 1600 to 48 athletes.

I know that the boys 300m had filled up today, but it should be available again.

Thanks! I will let my daughter's coach know that today is the last day.

I have also extended the deadline until tomorrow night so those that may not have access to a computer today can do so tomorrow.
