The deadline to enter the NCRunners Elite Holiday Invitational has been extended to Friday, December 21 at 3 PM.  Although the meet is filling up, there are still a few spots in most events.  School teams, club teams, and unattached athletes are welcome to enter the meet.

 

Standard Events:

We are running a full slate of indoor events (North Carolina uses the 55, 300, 500, and 1000).  These are open to any high school athlete (unattached athletes are welcome, but must be in high school to participate), as well as high school and club teams.  All field events are standard (no invitational sections), due to the extra staffing that would be required to run two separate versions of each field event.

 

Invitational Events:

Selected athletes will race in small sections against top-flight competition, during a separate section of the meet on Saturday afternoon.  There are still spaces available in all invitational events.  Contact NCRunners webmaster Jeff George by email (jgeorge@milesplit.com) if you are interested in joining one of the invitational races.  Check out a small sample of the athletes who have committed to these races:
