With the completion of the season for private schools, plus the wealth of additional times from conference and regional meets, let's take a quick look at how the rankings have changed. There will be one final All-Classes Team Rankings posted after this weekend's public school state meets, followed by individual rankings the next week. As a reminder, these rankings are based on the best times this season for the top 7 individuals on each team, and may not reflect how a team is running right now; as a matter of fact, one of the teams in the top 10 lost to a team outside the top 10 last weekend, and another top 10 team did not advance from their regional to the state meet. Anyone can have a bad day, and sometimes teams peak early; next week's rankings will reflect postseason performance, not just times.
