The NCHSAA 3A state meet, happening today, is almost completed. The results have been impressvie to say the least. Here is a list of the marks that qualify as a new NC #1 mark on the season.
North Carolina #1 Marks:
* Ryan Minor, South Brunswick, tossed a 58-10.50 in the shot
* Tavis Bailey, AL Brown, threw 185-01 in the discus (All-Time #5 for NC)
* Eastern Alamance boys ran 7:48.48 in the 4x800m relay (All-Time #4 for NC)
* South Central's girls ran 1:39.32 in the 4x200m relay (All-Time #5 for NC)
* Crest boys hit 1:26.64 in the 4x200m relay
* South Central's girls ran 46.94 in the 4x100m relay (All-Time #3 for NC)
* Eric Winfrey of Douglas Byrd dropped a 47.51 in the 400m dash
* Isaac Presson of Asheville ran 1:52.07 in the 800m (All-Time #11 for NC)
