Texas was represented well in Charlotte North Carolina. Three runners qualified for the Footlocker National Championship in San Diego. Scott MacPherson continued his great season with a 14:48 2nd place finish. He improved from his 4th place finish in 2003. Daniel Lacava from TAPPS Grace Prep Arlington ran a PR to place 6th in 15:03. The girls were led by Southlake Carroll Junior standout Brooke Upshaw. Brooke ran an impressive 17:41 to place 6th.
