 SATURDAY: Fawn Miller, Lakeview, was 2nd in the javelin with a throw of 153-05. Altoona was 3rd in the 4x100 in 41.29. The PA all-time best is 41.14. (The 41.29 is believed to be PA#2 all-time.) They then came back to close the meet with an equally impressive 3:13.38 -- (Mike Treese (49.4), Aaron Nadolsky (47.6), Chris Carper (50.6), and Brady Gehret (45.5) -- for 2nd in the 4x400. Cheltenham ran 3:14.48 for 3rd and Abington 3:16.77 for 4th.

Rising junior Leah Nugent posted a 1:0.72 in the 400 hurdles for 2nd. Two 7th place finishes for Clinton Johnson of Chester in the 400 (47.58) and Carlton Lavong in the long jump (22-10.50). Wesley Lavong fouled on all throws in the discus and shot put.

FRIDAY: Justin Shirk, Central Dauphin, took 2nd after leading until the last throw, going 206-06. Brett Millar, Central Bucks East, was 3rd with a throw of 204-08. Carlton Lavong, Methacton, was 3rd in the triple jump, clearing 49-00.25 of real estate. And Altoona ran the 2nd fastest qualifer in the 4x100, going 41.53.

THURSDAY: New Oxford grad Jordan Jenkins ended her prep career with an all-American performance, taking 6th in the 5000m Run on Thursday night in 17:41.13. Lower Merion grad Neal Berman was 22nd in the boys' 5000, running 15:48.46.
