#7 Calli Parlier
Calli Parlier had a massive ending to the 2016 season after a somewhat conservative start. Parlier ran 18:59 as a sophomore, and improved down to 18:29 at the end of the season with her best two races coming at the State meet and at the NXNSE Regional. Parlier took 8th at states and 20th at NXNSE earning all-state and all-region honors. On the track Parlier only continued to improve running 2:18, 5:04, taking 3rd in the 4A 1600 and 11:06 for the 3200. I think Parlier comes into this season very underrated and is going to be in the mix for the 4A Individual crown this season.
