Join the UNOFFICIAL JV State Championship!

At the 2016 meet, Kenya Livingston showed just how impressive our state's 9th- and 10th-grade athletes can be.


For many years now, the Frosh/Soph Invitational has been providing a championship atmosphere to North Carolina's future stars. Billed as "the UNOFFICIAL JV State Championship," the meet has been a part of the NCRunners Elite Invitational in the past, but was separated The Frosh/Soph Invitational has a new home in 2017, but the same great opportunities remain:

  • A championship meet for athletes that don't make it into conference and regionals
  • A final qualifying meet for athletes on the verge of getting into regionals, or needing a better seed
  • A fun team event to help bond your younger athletes and encourage development
  • A competitive meet with recognition for athletes that might go overlooked elsewhere

So bring your team, or just yourself, to the meet in Southern Pines to wrap up the regular season, and join us in making the new home for this meet just as great as its past homes!

You also still have time to sign up for the NCRunners Elite Invitational, which is on April 29th at Marvin Ridge. The last major varsity-level invitational of the regular season in North Carolina, the meet always draws some of the top talent in the state (and often from neighboring states, as well).

Don't forget about our final meet of the season, the Elite Tune-Up and Border Clash! Whether you want to prepare for New Balance Nationals, post a markin an event that you didn't get to choose much during the season, or just to continue your spring season against strong competition, this is the meet for you! Athletes compete unattached, and the event always draws top talent from South Carolina as well as other states.
