Blackman, Sefton add their names to the Frosh/Soph Champions Lists

The Frosh/Soph race started at the first edition of this meet in 2009 when it was originally known as the 4 Runners Only Invitational.  The race was known as the Unofficial JV State Championships and the tradition has carried on ever since.  When you look at previous results, the event always forecasts who the top boys and girls in NC would be in years to come.

For ease of access we linked the previous year's full Frosh/Soph results on the year below.

Though Blackman and Sefton's times from yesterday don't quiet match up to what we've seen in previous years, the course ran from a minute to minute and a half slower than normal for some athletes. So this might not be the best we've seen from them so far this season for the sophomores.  They're certainly amongst good company and they still have a long high school career ahead of them.
